REGISTRATION
December 7th is a hard deadline to register for this event. If you do not have a MortorsportsReg.com account, we strongly suggest you set one up, because we will ALWAYS be using MSR for future events. We will make an exception for this event, however. You can send payment ($60/person) and names of attendees to PCA-RRR P.O. Box 92113, Albuquerque, NM 87199 by November 30th.
PARKING Parking is free and will be in a special access controlled covered area for our group’s use only. It is located east of the front entrance to the Hotel and is recognizable by the large array of solar panels that provide a cover over the vehicles parked under them..
STAY
For those wishing to stay overnight (on 12/14 and/or 12/15), Santa Ana Star Casino-Hotel has provided us with a special room rate of $159. Please contact the hotel directly at 1-844-466-2378. CHARITY
The PCA-RRR Board has selected the New Mexico Veteran’s Integration Center as this year’s holiday charity, a 501(c)3 tax deductible charitable organization whose mission is to enable Veteran’s and their families achieve stable housing, financial security and a renewed sense of community. Donations to NMVIC help provide vital services to Veterans and their families, including emergency, transitional and rapid re-housing, placement assistance, case management, mental health counseling, clothing, a food pantry and a community shuttle. Representative’s of NMVIC will be present at a special information table during our holiday luncheon to provide additional information and to accept donations. Event requirements
Only Roadrunner members may register for the Holiday Luncheon. The primary member may bring one guest. The first 120 registrants who indicate that they would like to participate will be confirmed.
