Join us where it all began... the Jackrabbit’s Lair. This was the location of the inaugural PDK Dinner in 2021, and we're back! It is a pop-up supper club located at a private outdoor location in Eagle Rock. At the 12-seat chef’s counter, guests will be escorted through a multi-course fine dining tasting menu that delights the palate. No two experiences are the same, as the menu is specially curated to the season and to feature the best local ingredients.
With nearly twenty years of culinary experience under his belt, Jack has served as Executive Chef at The Pikey, Sous Chef at Soho House West Hollywood and Chef de Cuisine at the iconic Chateau Marmont. He is also a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu International. Below is the menu for our dinner:
Kusshi oyster- lemon gel, cucumber granita
Avacado panna cotta- grilled shallots, braised kombu, dill oil, Caviar
Grilled little gem salad, smoked egg yolk, herbed bread crumbs, ceaser dressing
Monterey bay abalone- bacon braised beans, pearl onions, clam sauce
Truffle Cavatelli pasta- egg jam, roasted chicken jus
Branzino- artichokes, Zarandeado sauce, trout roe
NY strip steak- pommes paillson, baby zucchini, ramps, beef jus
Orange cream dream- mandarin oranges, orange vannila bean gel, buttermilk snow,
Neapolitan- chocolate sponge cake, strawberry mousse, malt chocolate, milk crumble, vannila bean ice cream
$165/person, includes tip. 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Event requirements
Note: this event is for PCA members and guests. Please use the online registration form (next page) to indicate the number of guests as well as the name(s) of your guests, if applicable. Event fee is per car.
To avoid registration issues, please be sure your Motorsport Reg profile includes your PCA member number, name (as registered with PCA) and birthday.
Note: Birthdays are required as drivers for PCA events must meet a minimum age requirement per insurance requirements.
