Annual PCA VIR Holiday Dinner at Uplands Golf Club, 3300 Cadboro Bay Rd, Oak Bay
Sunday December 8th 2024; 5pm doors open, dinner served at 6:30pm, $75 per attendee.
Please join us for our Annual Holiday Dinner, hosted by the Porsche Club Of America-Vancouver Island Region and EuroCars & Coffee.
Our speaker this year is Ross Bentley - BC-born and bred race car driver, driving instructor and noted public speaker. Ross won at Daytona and other road racing championships driving for Porsche, BMW, and Ferrari, to name a few.
This year's dinner is again in support of CFAX Santas Anonymous, benefiting children and their families around the South Island.
Out of town residents: we have a hotel discount that has been arranged at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel if you're interested in a two night stay. Email Ron at vicepresident@virpca.org for details.
Cost is $75 per person for a three course dinner.

Roasted squash bisque, nutmeg crème fraiche, brown butter sage
ENTREES (select one at time of checkout)
1. Uplands Roast Turkey Dinner
Slow roasted white and dark meat, sausage vegetable stuffing, traditional pan gravy, orange cranberry compote
2. West Coast Seared Salmon
Local sockeye salmon, grainy mustard crust, fennel puree, orange relish
3. Vegetarian Option for those who may require: Yam & Quinoa Power Bowl
Organic greens, quinoa, roasted yams, edamame beans, tofu, nutritional yeast dressing, tamari smoked almonds

Flourless Chocolate Mousse Cake.
